There needs to be more variety on television so young girls growing up don’t feel pressured to look one specific way. Tall, thin, curvy, short, whatever you are, you are beautiful.

Don’t ever call a girl fat. Even if you’re joking.

Stay Strong.

Imperfections make you beautiful, they make you who you are.

I wrote these words for everyone who struggles in their youth, who won’t accept deception instead of what is truth.

There’s no person in the whole world like you, and I like you just the way you are.

What makes you different or weird. That’s your strength.

I’m here to show you imperfection. The beauty is in the imperfection.

I didn’t have high self-esteem when I was a teenager, as I think most teenagers don’t.

I can’t bear to see myself even in movies. The feeling is complex. I can’t stand the sight of myself.

Huge ego is very often matched by huge insecurity.

I intend to be me. Whatever that is.

You can’t eat beauty, it doesn’t sustain you. What is fundamentally beautiful is compassion, for yourself and those around you. That kind of beauty enflames the heart and enchants the soul.

I’m intelligent. Some people would say I’m very, very, very intelligent.

You’re not worth the time that this is taking.

At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter what anybody else thinks, as long as you’re happy.

I had some beautiful pictures taken in which I had a big smile on my face. I looked happy, I looked content, I looked like a very nice person, which in theory I am.
