Tennis is beautiful when you can see tactics, when players don’t just react but are able to act and think.

In your career you have a lot of good moments and bad ones. The important thing is to have enough motivation to keep working all the days with humility and trying to be a better player than before. I am going to try to continue doing this.

I have been learning English on the road since I started when I was 15, so it is a slow process but making some progress. Now I think I am much more comfortable with my English. However, it is difficult, still, when I speak about something that is not tennis.

My motivation and aspiration is the same, being number one or being number five. So that’s the truth. And my goal is the same – it’s to always be happy playing, it’s to enjoy the game and improve always.

It’s important for the young players to practice other ball games as well, basketball or table tennis. On the tennis court, you can improve your eye through a kind of overexertion.

Something that works for one person could be a disadvantage to another.

In the marathon of life, success calls for dedication to the goal, perseverance, compassion for my fellow man, and faith in God.

If we did all the things we are capable of, we would literally astound ourselves.

Dream big dreams. Only big dreams have the power to move men’s souls.

Focus on what you can control: your actions. How you react to negative feelings will be the key to your success.

Sometimes you find out what you are supposed to be doing by doing the things you are not supposed to do.

You don’t drown by falling into water. You only drown if you stay there.

Money won’t make you happy… but everybody wants to find out for themselves.

As you start your journey, the first thing you should do is throw away that store-bought map and begin to draw your own.

That, you have to leave your comfort zone.

If you want to reach a goal, you must ‘see the reaching’ in your own mind before you actually arrive at your goal.
