God is a loving god.
You need to listen to your body because your body is listening to you.
I don’t substitute anybody else’s judgment for my own.
A lot of people do have tragic childhoods. But you know what? Get over it.
Unless you know who you are, you will always be vulnerable to what people say.
Isnt it amazing how easily you can cheat yourself out of the right choices by convincing yourself that you deserve the wrong ones? Its highly illogical when you think about it. You deserve a better life, you deserve better health, and you deserve to lose weight.

Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.
