As everybody knows, but the haters and losers refuse to acknowledge, I do not wear a wig.My hair may not be perfect but it’s mine.

I would say to do you and do you well. Don’t try to be anyone else. Don’t try to emulate what someone is doing. Play to your strengths. Even if you see someone onstage that is killing it, don’t try to do what they’re doing. Just keep doing you.

I have learned that what is essential can sometimes be invisible to the eye. That’s where discernment comes in.

Lose/Win people bury a lot of feelings. And unexpressed feelings come forth later in uglier ways. Psychosomatic illnesses often are the reincarnation of cumulative resentment, deep disappointment and disillusionment repressed by the Lose/Win mentality. Disproportionate rage or anger, overreaction to minor provocation, and cynicism are other embodiments of suppressed emotion. People who are constantly repressing, not transcending feelings toward a higher meaning find that it affects the quality of their relationships with others.

I’m competitive, and I love to create challenges for myself. Maybe that’s not always a good thing. It can make life complicated.

You probably wouldn’t worry about what people think of you if you could know how seldom they do.

Courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is the ability to act effectively, in spite of fear.

Your understanding of what you read and hear is, to a very large degree, determined by your vocabulary, so improve your vocabulary daily.
