I would like to believe there is a God, but I think it is better to say I’m not sure there is a God and live your life with kindness and respect for people than to say I know there is a God and then do bad things,

Buddha means awareness, the awareness of body and mind that prevents evil from arising in either.

Or if I don’t get to the bottom of the stairs before the door closes – stupid little things like that. Then I also have all the normal ones, like don’t walking under ladders and so on.

Inner surrender leads to the highest truth.

A man who is good enough to go to heaven is not good enough to be a clergyman.
